Join Bodywork Lounge LLC as we host 90 minute VIRTUAL massage course(s) designed to enable the complete beginner to massage your partner or friend safely and effectively. During this interactive session, participants will follow a step-by-step LIVE demonstration of how to effectively apply Swedish massage techniques. This unique experience is to awaken one or more of your partners' physical love languages. The course covers one or the following areas of the body: neck, shoulders, back, buttocks, legs, feet, arms, hands, and scalp. To protect your body from strain by wearing comfortable shoes that allows you to give an hour massage with ease.
Each participate will receive the following:
- Obtain knowledge about the history and benefits of Massage Therapy
- Engage in breathing techniques
- Perform stretching techniques
- Receive basic understanding of the structure of anatomy and physiology
- Demonstrate 30 minute exchange from partner to partner
- Step-by-step techniques taught by the instructor (demonstrated on volunteer model)
This course is not an accreditation course and is purely for creating a deeper connection through the art of touch with your partner.

- Rental table option - additional $50 (pick up only) additional $25 for delivery

Back - Upper & Low
A good back massage can help relieve upper/lower back pain. After a strenuous workout or sitting at a desk all day, your back muscles are likely to be tense from overuse or repetitive use. Some of the benefits of back massage are: tension relief, maternity and labor, disk herniation, compressed nerve, increased flexibility, improves sleep, circulation, bad posture, sclerosis, glute/hip pain.
