Join Bodywork Lounge LLC as we host 60 minute VIRTUAL Massage Experience course(s) designed to enable the complete beginner to massage your partner or child safely and effectively. During this interactive session, participants will follow a step-by-step LIVE demonstration of how to effectively apply Swedish massage techniques. To protect your body from strain by wearing comfortable shoes that allows you to give an hour massage with ease. 

Each participate will receive the following:

• Obtain knowledge about the history and benefits of Massage Therapy
• Engage in breathing techniques
• Perform stretching techniques
• Receive basic understanding of the structure of anatomy and physiology 
• Step-by-step techniques taught by the instructor (demonstrated on volunteer model)

Things needed:

• A quiet location
• Massage table or bed/chair
• Proper draping (sheet)
• Oil
• Phone and phone stand
• Bright lighting

60 minute - Baby & Toddler Massage details include:

• 60 minute course
• Cost $75
• Covers Full Body
• Rental table option - additional $50 (pick up only)

60 minute - Prenatal Massage details include:

• 60 minute per session
• Virtual options: Facetime, HangOuts, Zoom 
• Cost: $75 per class (per couple) or $150 for both sessions  
• Rental table option - additional $50 (pick up only)
• Areas of focus to choose from: Upper Body (including stomach), Lower Body (including stomach)

This course is not an accreditation course and is purely for creating a deeper connection through the art of touch with your partner.
